The National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded the University of Kansas with the extension of the Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program, led by Dr. Mark Shiflett and Dr. Ana Morais. The NSF, Award 2243816, is entitled: IDEA Incubator for Porous Materials: Integrating Discovery, Engineering, and Art, and will be active from 5/01/2023 to 04/30/2026. The goal of the IDEA incubator is to promote innovations and technologies involving porous materials, by Integrating Discovery, Engineering and Art (IDEA). We invite undergraduate students from various universities and cultural backgrounds for a 10-week research experience at the University of Kansas!
